Over the past 10 years, award-winning author and researcher, Gene has written multiple bestselling books, including the legendary Phoenix Project, The Unicorn Project and Helping Your Business Win.

Gene Kim joins us for this virtual event where he will share the key ideas behind his newly released book, ‘Wiring the Winning Organization’, which was released in November 2023.

Drawing on decades of meticulous research of high-performing organisations and cross-population surveys of tens of thousands of employees, Gene introduces a ground-breaking new theory of organizational management in Gene’s new book.

Wiring the Winning Organization shows how the decisive factor in high-performing enterprises is organizational wiring that enables innovation, excellence, and greatness to flourish. In his data-driven playbook for excellence, leaders will learn how to achieve greater agility, higher quality, faster time to market, greater resilience, and higher employee engagement and profitability.

Gene's 45 minute talk will cover how he brings these concepts to life by applying them to the day-to-day functioning of IT and software organizations. He will also dive deeper into the case studies highlighted in his book and share examples of how high performance can be unified through this lens.

For those of you who haven’t heard of Gene, let’s us fill you in…

Gene is a multiple award-winning CTO, researcher and author. He has featured in the InfoWorld "Top Up & Coming CTOs To Watch", the Portland Business Journal's "Top 40 Under 40" AND IT World's "40 Innovative IT People to Watch Under the Age of 40" lists.

When he's not winning awards, Gene studies the technology transformations of large, complex organisations and is incredibly passionate about how IT companies transform "from Good to Great".
