The DevOps Exchange returns to Toronto on the 27th June, where it will be hosted by DevOps transformation service provider, Arctiq.


Join us for another exciting and knowledge-packed evening as we bring together three remarkable companies to delve into the latest developments and trends in the DevOps realm. For this event, we will be joined by; Luxoft, a digital strategy and software engineering firm, technovation maestro Raj Kumar and finally our hosts for the evening, Arctiq.


We'll hear from Eugene Trufanov at Luxoft explain how to avoid 'career plateaus' and instead, how to reignite growth in senior DevOps positions. Next up we have Raj Kumar, former Director of Engineering who will be sharing how to break down silos within the DevOps space and how to truly embrace DevOps principles.


Finally, our hosts at Arctiq Greg Robinson will share how to implement a release automation strategy for your Git repositories to help better manage code changes in repositories at scale.

Bio: Eugene began his career more than 20 years ago as a regular system administrator. In 2011, he opened his first personal AWS account and started his cloud journey, a couple years later he heard about DevOps and since then was involved into various projects related to it. Eugene has worked across various domains, ranging from construction to finance, and has been employed by both small start-ups and large enterprises.

"Label Driven Release Automation with Github Actions"


How to implement a release automation strategy for your git repositories to help better manage code changes in repositories at scale. The goal of this talk is to demonstrate how using labels can drive all aspects of the release for repository from the types of changes that were made to how the release should increment.


Bio: Greg has been in the consulting 7 years working mostly on cloud native technologies since graduating college. He has worked at large and small consulting companies and has been able to touch all the clouds in the process.

Raj has also contributed to numerous events, including delivering sessions, providing training, participating in meetups, and delivering guest lectures. His expertise lies in scaling products and organizations exponentially but organically.
